ENERCRET GmbH at the Wuxi Goulian Financial Tower in China, December 2009 With a net area of 117.000 m2 the Wuxi Guolian Financial Tower is currently rising in Wuxi. Its final height will be 95 m. In order to heat and cool the building the investors decided in favor of technology by ENERCRET. To exchange the geothermal energy ENERCRET uses the following devices: 513 energy piles á 35 m, 88 geothermal drillings á 100 m, a riverbed and 15.000 m2 of the tower’s concrete slab. The total capacity to cool the building is 8.738 kW. Half of this amount will be covered by green, geothermal energy.
